Ingredients
Prep & cooking time: 15-20 minutes
3 green onions
3-4 cloves of garlic (same amount as green onions)
2 spoonfuls of gochugaru (고춧가루/Korean chili powder)
¼ spoonful of chicken powder
½ spoonful of sugar
1 spoonful of sesame seeds
oil of your choice (I used olive oil, but vegetable oil is probably best)
4 spoonfuls of soy sauce
¼ spoonful of sesame oil
¼ spoonful of chili oil (spice-infused sesame oil)
1 spoonful of Chinese black vinegar (if you don’t have this, you can try using balsamic vinegar, but it might taste a bit different)
noodles of your choice (I recommend wider-cut Chinese noodles!)

Cooking Instructions
Boil your water
Depending on how long your noodles need to cook, you may want to cook them prior to heating your oil. Otherwise, you can also wait until after, but before you add in the liquid ingredients, so everything will be as fresh as possible
Thinly slice the green onions
Mince the garlic
Combine above with dry ingredients (gochugaru, chicken powder, sugar, sesame oil) in a bowl
Cook your noodles as the instructions advise
Heat ~7 spoonfuls of your oil in a pan until nearly smoking
Once ready, pour your hot oil over the dry ingredients. You should hear it sizzle! Then stir
Add in your wet ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, and both sesame oils) and stir
After draining your noodles, throw them into the bowl, mix well, and enjoy! :)
